Good & Welfare Committee

The Good and Welfare Committee was established to acknowledge and comfort Local Lodge dues paying members in times of happiness or sorrow.  The committee is to send acknowledgments to comfort members and their families when there is an illness, injury, or bereavement, to congratulate members who retire, and to direct members to organizations for assistance if necessary.  Donations can be flowers, cards or something in that likeness.  Deaths can be acknowledged with cards, flowers or charitable donations.  Retirements, illnesses, or injury will be limited to cards.  Any charitable donations must comply with IAM & AW policies. 

Any referrals must include the name and address of the member and the reason for your request.  If the request is a plant, flower, or balloon bouquet, you will also need to include the person's home phone number for delivery purposes.  All acknowledgments must go through the committee before completed.  Please send all requests to: working4u@LL23394u.org
