Hotel Committee
OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE:
At ExpressJet we will be represented by a minimum of two representatives. When the corporate travel department, on either airline, presents us with hotel site inspections we will contact members of the committee. Upon completion of inspections, the committee members will report back to our membership at our monthly business meetings.
This is where you will find information on our possible hotel changes. Also at the meetings you will learn about the various amenities that are being negotiated into our contracts at these properties by our committee members for you.
Remember whether you have a positive or negative experience to utilize the Operational Performance Hotline to express your concern. We need to let OP hear how our experience was at our hotels. This is where you can address any hotel transportation concerns also. Remember,this is the ONLY way we can make the appropriate recommendations so these concerns voiced to management.
