We understand the annoyance, the frustration and disappointment you may feel when your line comes out and you haven't received what you asked for.  We, reserves have very little control over our schedules.  We can't truly advertise trips, trade trips, or even pick up trips. So what can we do? That's where your Reserve Committee comes into play!  We're going to help get you the most out of everything you CAN do.  We need to come together and start taking advantage of the rights that we do have in our contract!  Through communication and unity we can help each other get the most out of reserve life.
